I don't think I'll be brewing anything out for a week or two. I'm out of fermenters and just about out of kegs. It's a good feeling to know I'll have to drink at least 4 more gallons out of a keg before I need to worry about brewing again. I'll be racking over a Gumball Head clone and watching over a lager and might play with the stir plate a bit.

Either brewing a saison with Mangrove Jack's Belgian Ale yeast, or a Mexican Chocolate Imperial Porter (vanilla, ancho, guajillo, chipotle, and cinnamon tincture added at bottling, chocolate from the fermentables only). Haven't decided yet.

I will be consuming this weekend as my Dad and his new Fam will be in town. Need to kill 2 kegs before I can rack my Winter Warmer and Imperial Stout over in another week or so.

Doing a beefed up riff on Surly Bender (upping the special B, throwing in briess special roast, thinking 1.065) with molasses and cinnamon at flameout. Should be cookie-riffic.

Gonna try my damn hardest to get a chocolate oat porter brewed up and settled in a fermenter. Need to get it going, I have some rum and vanilla beans waiting on it.

Since I'm dragging it all out, I may as well do a double brew day/weekend and brew something else. Not only that, but only a few weeks before I'm on 'daddy duty' on the weekends when my wife goes back to work. No chance of a brew day until my two get a little better at sleeping long runs.

Can't think of what to brew, but I'm going to the LHBS today and don't know what I want.. I got a Czech Pils, a BA RIS, Black Rye DIPA, Mosaic Blonde on tap.. Got a ballin' IPA ready to chill already kegged... Will have the porter following suit..

I'm thinking re brew the blonde, but maybe I'll just meet in the middle and do a simple pale or something. Mid 40-50 IBU's, and maybe some amarillo and mosaic in the boil.

Figure the holidays coming, and my house being the central meeting zone. People like the blonde, but I have no idea if it'll last until Thanksgiving. I don't drink much of it.

Or I could do a lager.. really want to do a marzen or something, but it'll take a while to get done, and lager, so piss on it for now.

Anyways- probably a Porter and Pale..

Doing a vanilla baltic porter that I will probably experiment a little with. Thinking of adding coffee to half at bottling time and port to the other half.

Great beer. I will rebrew sometime, but not this weekend. My brewing goals are the same as last weekend: get the Koelsch kegged and the brew-pot stand finished.

Transferring my big (not quite Imperial) Stout this weekend. Still trying to decide between oak or coffee. Not brewing, but have an executive committee meeting for my homebrew club Sunday night.
