Gonna try to get the 6:6:2 pilsner/GP/munich + magnum/bravo/2xtettnanger hopped IPA in this weekend. Got another one ready to bottle (but it could also sit longer without issue), might try to get that done too.

No brewing, but kegging an Alchemist Pappy's Porter clone attempt, racking and dry hopping a session IPA (~4.8% ABV) fermented with Conan yeast and growing some yeast for future brew days. Possibly organizing my messy cellar, but probably will just have a few beers instead.

Decided to make 10 gallons instead of 5. My Tart Cherry Flanders Red is ready to be kegged and I am going to rack the extra 5 gallons on top of the Tart Cherry guts, bugs and oak.

Brewing the Double Sunshine Clone. Never had the original, but that has never stopped me.

Kinda nervous as this will be my third try at an ipa, and the last 2 haven't turned out well. Gonna try some water addditions, that may help a bit. The water here is soft.

Throwing some Carafa III in to Black IPA it up.

I am going to brew a milk stout and bottle a spiced porter this afternoon/evening. I also have a recently bottled batch of mint chocolate stout to move to my cellar. Once the milk stout runs it's course that will close out my brewing activities until after the first of the year. I don't want to mess with brewing during the holidays.

Brewed two beers this weekend, my father's moustache for my dad's Christmas present this year and a Belgian Lambic for me to enjoy over the 2014 holidays!

Brewed up a Chocolate Stout... or porter? I tossed in some roasted barley to my porter recipe. ha!

Decided to try something new, and tossed in the cocoa nibs during fermentation with some bourbon they were soaking in.

Hadn't brewed since early August I think. Felt good to get out there and brew too. After getting water, dragging it all out, setting up, mashing in, then having family over to grill, the brew day seemed super short and efficient. I had it packed up and cleaned up in under 5 hours. 90 min boil, 60 min mash.
