I'll be bottling my first batch! Checked gravity on Tuesday&Thursday and no change, I'll check it again today, assuming it hasnt dropped any more I'll bottle it up.

Made a session IPA/American Pale Ale. Sampled my gravity readings, so far so good! Cant wait to continue along with this new hobby.

I'm brewing up 10 gallons of Wit/American Wheat split batch for a pool party in 5 weeks. I'm going to try the T-58 in one and a slurry of american yeast in the other. Ferment at 62.

Doing a lunch exchange with a fellow homebrewer today: I'm bringing him, Hefeweizen, Simcoe/Amarillo/Cascade Bitter, German Pilsner, Apricot Blonde, and a Smoked Rye. He is bringing me a Blonde Ale...WTF!

He is just a novice/newer brewer. I just didn't realize the huge difference until this morning when I was beer gunning them into the bottles how much beer I was taking .vs. receiving. I'm happy to share though since I never can drink it all anyway.

That's cool. Then he can see what can be done, and you can see where he is at.
