Haven't seen the thread started yet, so I took the liberty. Who is doing what this weekend???

I brewed a Brett Saison on Monday and Brett DIPA yesterday, but I'll still probably brew up a Jerrylo single hop IPA after I keg an Equinox single hop IPA tomorrow and free up a fermentor. Bottling a wild yeast (from SouthYeast, collected from nectarines) Saison as well.

So spill your guts and make us all jealous of what fun you're planning on having this weekend!!!

One brew-day in late Winter/early Spring I try to brew a big beer to age through the Summer and drink the following Fall/Winter. That's this weekend. Only this year, I'd doubling up. Brewing a big Quad and Imperial Stout this weekend. I just hate that they are calling for rain.

Staycation starts this weekend. Lots of stuff planned:
-Move big barleywine to secondary w/ Brett C and Sherry Flor
-Bottle what started as the AP Stout, but turned into a Peated Stout that's been sitting on oak
-Brew an Imperial Porter for next winter
-Brew a 60/- with some leftover wlp072 from last year to make a yeast cake for a Biere de Garde
-Possible IPA or Saison if I have the time and interest
Starters are going, specialty grains are measured, and I picked up a fresh sack of TFGP the other day. Let's do this

No brewing this weekend, but I'll be getting my CO2 tank back and trying to find and fix that stupid leak. Not exactly a fun time, but I'm looking forward to having my kegged ESB back on tap. Not sure if it lost its carbonation due to the leak, though.

2 10 gallon batches this weekend. One batch of Saison, half it getting spices, the other half staying plain. Another batch is IPA, 2 different yeasts. All of the batches are only getting Brett, real Brett, not WLP644. This is going to be fun! Just another step towards getting the flagship recipes locked in. Using a new hop blocking device and a CFC I just built for the first time. Test run last night took the wort down to 62*F easily after a quick recirc for whirlpool. Had a leak that I welded up. These 4 brews should be ready in just about 1 months time.

No brewing for me this weekend. Came down to Tampa for Huna Day. I did dry hop an IPA yesterday before I left though.

We're heading to Grand Rapids for the KBS tapping and pickup at Founders on Saturday. Bottled a double IPA last weekend, hopefully ready to pop a few tops next weekend. Weather's finally coming around, so we're anxious for the upcoming brewing parties on the deck.

Brewing an imperial stout to age over the spring, summer and fall. I have all the ingredients but need to stop at the LBHS on the way home from work for some DME for the starter.

I have a saison and a pale ale on tap right now. I'm liking the both.

Taking advantage of a day off tomorrow... Bottling a mild fermented with Belle Saison dry yeast in the morning, then using up some leftover hops to make a hopped-up Weizen (Columbus & Galaxy in the boil with a Columbus, Galaxy and Centennial dry hop) later. And if I have a little bit of luck, I might actually get some work done as well...

Probably, going to brew an English Brown, but there is a slight chance I will change my mind and do a stout (American). Also need to dry hop my IPA with some Simcoe, Cascade, and Centennial (similar to avg perfect IPA).

Brewing a "white" chocolate milk stout. I have tinctures of cacoa nibs and vanilla ready to go. But I've also been planning on doing a peanut butter chocolate stout as well. This'll be a brew day decision.

Not brewing. Just kegging a Bo Pils and (if the taste is right) pulling oak cubes out of a KTG clone.

Giving a go at a Indian spiced Rye Sour Saison.
Making it for an upcoming competition.
Going to go sour wort route, just 12-18hrs. Not looking for too much sour, just a nice complement.

Also will be transferring my first IPA of the season to secondary onto guava and dry hop simcoe+ amarillo.

Should be a great beer filled weekend!
Only issue is I miss managed my homebrewing schedule and the tap is currently empty...

    Happy brewing everyone!

    @DrMindbender you're a busy man!

I'm brewing up a Stone Ruination 2X Dry Hop clone tomorrow. Looking forward to having a big, aggressive IPA come spring/summer.
