Finally finished converting my setup to HERMS/electric and I'm planning on doing "the" zombie dust clone. Citra might not arrive until Saturday though, so its looking like I will be starting early Sunday.

I really want to do the APA IPA ...hopefully next weekend. I've really enjoyed following that experiment.

I am going to brew a Historical Porter. I have to make some more Brown malt tomorrow. After that I will make some Leghorn Juice and Essentia bine and throw it all together this weekend, probably Saturday.

Brewing an Ipa with Galaxy hops for the first time Saturday or Sunday. Still deciding what to pair it with. Thinking Centennial and Amarillo.

I brewed a bitter based on one of the BP recipes last weekend - forgot to buy mild malt for it though, so it's not exact.

planning on doing a pale ale/IPA tomorrow. It will be only around 4.5% but have 10oz of hops used. Plus I am going to be picking up some Passion Fruit puree from a Brazillan market and add it to my berliner weisse.
