    Brewed a Smoked Dark Mild last night after work. Only 4.25 hours from heating strike water to putting away clean brew pot. My quickest all-grain brew day yet. :slight_smile:

    No brewing, but bottled a Belgian pale, that was 2ndary with Brett B., and then dry hopped with Amarillo. I must say, the combination of Brett and citrusy hops is quite impressive. This is one of new favorites. I will definitely plan to brew some more similar style beers in the near future.
