Went down yesterday .. good brewday no stuck sparges or anything .. This is my highest gravity all grain yet so im curious to see how it ends up... Hit all my numbers. The whirlpool hops were 4 oz of hops .. citra, centennial, cascade and simcoe. Dry hops to be determined in two weeks.

Trying out this system for the first time tomorrow. It's a steam fed copper coil, about 5 total coils. ( this was a test shot ) If It doesn't scorch I'll think it will work well.

I'll be brewing the NB Assaazin Belgian Pale Extract kit this weekend. I'm excited to use my new wort chiller....I'm a total noob. Have fun all!

Not brewing this weekend, but have ordered supplies from an online shop and once they arrive, will get my grain and yeast at LHBS next week to brew a Heady Topper clone. Being winter in New England, who knows what the weather will be, but plan on doing mash/sparge inside and then lugging the brewpot outside to boil because my gas stove does not give me a rolling boil.
