No brewing for me this weekend. Throwing my first BBQ where I'm supplying all the beer for friends!

Attempting a Heady Topperish DIPA similar to Koopa's recipe with a few minor changes...might throw together an imperial amber if there's enough time. Gotta keg two different batches as well. I need to fit mowing the lawn in there somewhere...maybe Bed Bath and Beyond if there's time...

    Fuck em' indeed :grimacing: .

I kegged an IPA this morning. I went on a tear last weekend brewing up 20 gallons and using up all my remaining ingredients except for the dry hops so I am just going to sit back and enjoy for a while.

I'm jealous. I wish I had the equipment to lager. I would actually love to make a big batch of AAL.

I gotta work dayshift this weekend but plan on doing my first of 3, 3 gallon all grain BIAB.... I'm gonna do an American amber ale this weekend.... Then I'm looking forward to my first yeast harvesting/washing experience with wyeast 1272 then next batch a west coast ipa then probably finish my experiment with a pale ale or whatever I can do with my left over grains... Big thanks to Jake Keeler from brewing tv for inspiring me to give BIAB a shot!

Brewing a Vanilla Robust Porter this weekend. Been on a real tight brewing schedule for the past few weeks for some upcoming comps. Seems like all I do and have done for the past few weeks is make starters/brew/rack/clean/repeat. Starting to wear me out a little, but it'll be all good come time for the comps!

Brewed up a Extra IPA using Citra and Amarillo Hops. Lots of Late additions so hoping to get a very flavorful IPA. 7.5% ABV and 67 IBU. First time I have not used a recipe and threw one together myself.

As is typical for me, I have a chance to brew during the week, not the weekend. I'll try to do two batches on Tuesday, a saison and a dubbel.
