I will be brewing a brown ale that I will age on bourbon oak cubes at the same club group brew. Good to see you picked out your choice for your 300th recipe Mike.

Hoping to get in an American Blonde Ale. Spent last weekend trying to rid my fermenters of an infection that crippled 6 batches, and possibly hit 2 more. Looking to test my cleaned equipment and new bottling rig to see if I was able to remove the wild yeast/bacteria or if I have new wild fermenters. PBWd over night, 3+ hours bleach soak, and more PBW and lots of rinsing. Hoping I got it all. 6 gals, finished w/ Amarillo, and split to the Better Bottle and Plastic Conical.

No brewing, but will be kegging a Blackberry Wheat which blends very well with the Imperial Berliner. Also have a hoppy red in primary right now so just monitoring it. New roommate moving in so I expect I'll be too busy to set aside the time to brew.

I do need to think about bottling a Berliner weiss, but I think it will have to wait for another couple weeks.

Kegging two American Amber/Red Ales today and then checking the carb on 8x 5 gallon kegs that I brewed for an event this Friday. Should be fun.

Also, fining and kegging my homebrew for an upcoming comp.
