Pliny the Elder clone or maybe an Amarillo Blonde Ale. I'll figure it out on Sunday I guess.
Anybody have a good recipe for a honey blonde ale?

I really hope only advanced brewers are posting what they're brewing in this thread. You novices have your own forum!

Brewing a hoppy American Pale Wheat Ale this weekend. I had planned on brewing it last weekend, but my wife decided that she wanted to try her hand at brewing so we did her first batch instead (raspberry pale ale)

Just brewed a Bock on Tuesday, it's bubbling away nicely at 51 degrees now. I have some stuff to move around, but am out of fermenters right now so I have to drink some stuff up before I can brew again. On tap now: Bourbon Barrel IS, American Strong Ale, IPA, Blonde, Hefeweizen, and a bock in a month or so... :-)

No brewing this weekend. I'm bottling a double IPA from late last month today (all Nelson Sauvin and Galaxy hops), and hopefully ordering the ingredients for a hoppy tripel either today or tomorrow so I can brew next weekend.
