I am all wrapped up, but went on a tear.
    Kegged an Apollo IPA.
    Brewed a Bravo IPA.
    Brewed an Apollo/Bravo IIPA.
Brewed a, well I do not know what to call it. 50% MunichII 50% Pils. 15 minute boil OG45 20IBU Serebrinka with WY3797. Some kind of Belgian Session ale of sorts.

Now what yeast starter/s should I get going for next week:grinning:?

I brewed a psuedo roggenbier Friday. I didn't have time to make a starter for a lager so I just used Nottingham. For 10 gallons I used 10 pounds pilsner, 10 pounds 2-row pale and 5 pounds of malted rye. It has Perle for bittering, and Mt. Hood at 20 minutes and flameout. Hopefully it will fill the empty pale beer slot on my kegerator pretty fast.
I also finally racked my brett blonde onto fruit-5 gallons went onto cherries, 5 gallons onto crabapples.

Bottled my Robust Porter, and brewed my first ESB. Should be nice to drink in the spring! Good start to my brewyear too- 3 batches is a lot for me in February!

Pretty simple American Pale: 2-row, a little cara pils, a little victory malt, hopped with crystal and cascade. Just going for a nice, floral, citrus spring ale. And one that will be ready fast...

No sparge Berliner, and 10 gal IPA with galaxy/citra hops. Splitting 5 off to secondary on Mangoes, while the other dry hops with galaxy/citra.

Racked my Amarillo Wheat Ale to a keg yesterday while brewing a West Coast Bitter / Mini-IPA à la BA magazine / Mad Fermentationist. Should have done just the brewing, but I was happy with it as I have been too rushed with three kids (5, 3 & .5 y/o) around on the weekends, and have been getting lazy in my brewing practices.

This one was the best I have done in a while. I am hoping for good things.
