I'll start us out. I'm hoping to get an American red or German wheat going this weekend. I brewed 3 styles last weekend and I might be tapped out. No really. I'm out of BEER!

I brewed 24 gallons yesterday. 18 of a triple and 6 of a duvel clone. This morning was the first time that I ever had a large blow off tube get blown out of a carboy. Not too bad of a mess, but thought it was odd.

Starting up an APA with Columbus and Nugget tonight. Hopefully it'll turn out a little ballsier than my last APA!

Brewing my 40th batch tomorrow and figured I'd go with a 10 gallon batch that has 40 pounds of fermentables in it! Maple Imperial Stout that may be destined for some type of wood aging down the road.

Breaking in my new 10 gallon system with a Ringwood Wee Heavy. If there's time, I might do an all-Chinook IPA with the second runnings.

Brewing my first DIPA which I plan to enter in my first competition. I figure I have brewed enough IPA's to stumble through.

Me and my brother, who are both completely new to the homebrewing game, have brewed our very first-ever batch earlier today, and it's been fermenting for roughly 4 hours as of this post. It's a 2-gallon batch of a very basic hefeweissen recipe. (Gotta crawl before you walk, after all.) Nonetheless, I'm really excited to have my first-ever homebrewed beer in the coming weeks! It's been an awesome day of achievement, needless to say.

Do you do a secondary fermentation with your Duvel clone?

Brewed a Pilsner using 100% Pils Malt fashioned of off O'dells (scray, thanks for that bottle) and Uinta's double pils, OG of 1.080.

Then capped that mash with 2-row and some crystal to brew a Big Belgian IPA using a Wit yeast cake, in the fashion of Raging Bitch.

With some left over wort I pitched the Wit yeast at 80F to experiment on the upper limits of the strain. I've fermented the same yeast at 74F, 76F with no ill effects so far. It seems to be a pretty good yeast for the hot summer brewing.

This is the first time we've tried to make it, ... we'll just keep it in primary for 4 weeks , test and bottle...

Got the pumpkin ale all brewed and in the fermenter. Came in at 1.060, I'm assuming from the pumpkin and brown sugar I used. Didn't have any problems sparging whatsoever, which I was worried about. Im planning on checking gravity in 2 weeks and racking to secondary with spices and then hopefully kegging.
