I'll start things out. If the weather works out for me I'll be brewing a brown porter tomorrow morning.

I've been working on this crazy Pseudo-Historic English Ale project, where I brewed a fairly sizeable psuedo-historic Porter, bottled half fresh, then moved the other half to oak and have been souring it.

Tomorrow, I'll be brewing a pseudo-historic Dark Mild. Half of that is getting bottled fresh, then the other half is being blended with the sour Porter and bottled.

Unnecessarily time consuming, so I hope every is at least drinkable delicious, haha.

Hopefully I will be bottling 3 different batches. A Blueberry Berliner , a Raspberry wheat wild with JP dregs, and a honey wheat wild with JP dregs. Have to get some priming sugar and go through my bottles to make sure I have enough.

    That acutally sound pretty interesting.

Still waiting on grains, although there is an IPA bubbling away right now.

I'll be cleaning some new (reconditioned) kegs and maybe racking some stuff, but I'm taking a few weekends off from brewing. I've been going non stop since early June for a couple of competitions, so I need a break. Getting 25 beers into a single competition is no joke. I'm tired. Now it's time to start disposing of some of this stuff!

No brewing for me. Kegging a robust porter and attending an AHA 'rally.'

This is my weekend off from brewing, but I do plan to tap a Belgian Pale Ale I have carb'ing now. I'm looking forward to that.

Bottling a Saison that will hopefully turn out like Funkwerk's Tropic King. Brewing 15 gallons of a malty brown ale that I am going to add bugs too in a couple weeks and stick in a barrel for a year.

Bottling a spiced saison with 3725 tonight, washing that yeast and making a starter for an extract w/grains bitter tomorrow. Killing two birds with one stone on that one: teach a friend to brew with extract and build that yeast up to fighting shape.

I'm going to be brewing a Simcoe/Citra IPA this weekend. Gonna be a juicy hop bomb for my brothers wedding.. Looking forward to it actually. Brewed an all Amarillo DIPA the other weekend, and thats finally got it's first dry hop addition. Looking to force this one to the keezer soon, so I'm actually thinking about racking it to the keg, putting the pellets in a paint strainer bag, and putting my filter on the dip tube and dry hopping the rest in the keg, while it chills and carbs over the course of the week..

Remains to be seen. I might do rye pale ale, oatmeal stout, or biere de gaarde. I feel like I should at least knock one of them out. I also need to do some bottling.

Perhaps trying to resurrect some WLP400 yeast from a previous wit that has been sitting in the fridge for a while. I'm about out of tht wit, so it would be nice to get some more going.

I hope you get some kind of compensation for your winnings, otherwise it sounds like you might go broke with all that brewing!
