I will have to try that next time, I ended up brewing on Saturday instead. Can't wait to see how this one turns out, thanks! Unfortunately my numbers were way off but it should still be good.

The original recipe had Amarillo, and I don't have any. I might go with warrior/bittering and either Nelson Sauvin or Citra for aroma. The original recipe also had rosemary, I'm think the he didn't want hop aroma to compete with that. But I'm skipping the rosemary.

Since the yeast ferments really dry and I'm adding D-45, I'm thinking that I should keep the bitterness low.

    and thanks for your input

my annual wet hop extra pale ale. Hops were harvested last night.

11 gallons of brew. 33 oz of wet dank cascades and chinooks in the last few minutes of the boil and whirlpool.

    95% pils, 5% wheat

Didnt brew this weekend, but I did rack an IPA to the secondary and dry hopped with 1oz of Citra. Also did a little maintenance to the kegerator. Drilled a hole through the back to move the CO2 tank outside of it to allow room for another corny inside, cleaned the inside of the kegerator with bleach to sanitize, and cleaned the beer lines and taps with PBW.

Just started my first homebrew yesterday, in the primary stage now. Checked it a few hours ago and it's bubbling steady, so that's a good sign. Keeping my fingers crossed!
