Who's YOUR main drinking buddy?

I occasionally like to kick back with my good buddy Ty Webb. We do a couple cannon balls and go night putting. If Ty's unavailable due to visiting one of his lumber yards, I can always count on Bishop Bickering, although he'd rather be called Fred! these days.

My wife. She rarely drinks, and so she makes the perfect designated driver.

 

Only through page 1, but first and foremost it will be no shock to some of you (ok, maybe a couple NBS people), it's my GF, who gets upset when I don't bring her a beer when I go downstairs. Secondly, @lambpasty nailed it.

I would have to say my father....got him into craft about 5 years ago and he hasn't looked back.

Definitely my wife. We visit new breweries and taprooms together, plan vacations with craft beer in mind, and generally try to involve craft beer in just about everything we do.

 

I try to get together with my 2 brothers and brother in law once a week and we'll all grab something new to share. If nothing new and interesting is out we'll just pick an old favorite of ours to drink together

 

My classmate I just met a year ago at the beginning of PA school. I have a hearing loss and his wife is a sign language interpreter. This kind of led us to becoming good friends. When I first met him, he loved Fat Tire. Now he enjoys pretty much everything including sours and imperial stouts. So now we drink together and bitch about the exams and school.

You know when I drink alone, I prefer to be by myself. But when I drink with company, I'm still usually by myself.

 

Definitely my girlfriend. We're always checking out local breweries and tap room.

 

My friend Jake, who has been one of my best friends for four years now, got into craft beer roughly the same time as I did, and we love doing some drinking together as often as possible. I also have a more recent friend, Dan, who has recently started venturing into the world of craft beer. His uncle is a home brewer, and is possibly a member of this site, though I haven't asked him yet.

Yeah, I have 5 buddies that will show up but the only reliable one in the group is me.

 

My wife, even though she isn't into dark beers, she makes drinking and searching out new beers and beer barsan adventure.

 

Reading through this post I feel bad. I was trying to think who it was but, duh, it's my girlfriend. I'm not sure that she's turned into a snob but she proudly calls herself on Untappd badge ***** so we go to lots of places and drinks lots of new beers. Gotta love a woman who is willing to drive all night to Dark Horse and stand in line so I can get a shit ton of BBPt5.

 

Usually my Dad when We get a chance to chill and knock a few back, but lately he's been working alot due to all the rain we've gotten. Otherwise I'm usually hangn' with this little Devil drinking beer.

The wife's preggers so he's been my sidekick keepn me company.
