Tickets are not exactly cheap, at $65, though for the list of breweries, expecting they all pour some of their better offerings, is not unreasonable.

Navy Pier is not exactly the best place, but its alright.

    Opinions/thoughts?

I considered it but for $65 and only 5 hours long, I have a feeling you'll be standing in line alot.

That's my concern too but I decided to grab a ticket. I'm hoping they'll work out the kinks with the first stop in CA.

if I'm not mistaken, it looks like new glarus will be there. Probably your only shot to try new glarus on tap inside Illinois.

I know this is the wrong forum but I have 2 tickets I am willing to sell for $60 each. I got tickets to the great taste and I can't afford both festivals.

Probably be quicker and cost less in gas than you'd pay for parking.

If you pay for parking in downtown Chicago outside of the
meters, you are doing it wrong. I'll probably be at this. Russian River, Cigar City, NG, Ninkasi, etc? Thank you and for $65 a steal.

I want to go but it's my wedding anniversary and she has already told me "OH HELL NO!". Maybe I will break up with her for a day, but then I would be lacking a designated driver.

So far their list shows 118 breweries to choose from. Sounds like fun.

If they all bring something that is not their basic beer, then yes. Otherwise, its just a lot of "meh" beer, which is cool if youre a 21 year old frat guy.

Can't say I'd be super excited to drink Spotted Cow, Alpha King, Black Butte, Matilda, and Anti-Hero for 5 hours.

I can find much worse ways to spend 5 hours.
