Why did I find 120 minute?

    After browsing the posts in this thread, I am clearly in the minority. I love 120 Minute when it's fresh. If you want a Barleywine, just buy a Barleywine.

    Dogfish Head's distributor in Michigan has had cases of the last batch for almost a year, siphoning them off to retail accounts. Source: me. I was offered 12 bottles of 120Min if I bought 20 cases of DFH product. I politely declined such greasy distribution games, apparently your place didn't.

    You bought 120 Minute ~18 days after it was brewed? Don't think that's possible, since, as DFH's own webpage for the beer states, it is "...dry-hopped daily in the fermenter for a month and aged for another month on whole-leaf hops."
