Mmm..maybe I misunderstood. When Vinnie spoke to us it sounded as if though he had planned to release 3L Temptations to his employees only because of a shortage of 3L bottles and would be releasing a larger allotment early next year.

Again I could be wrong.

 

Hah, yeah, I suppose that would work. I'd rather pay $85 and start having a small army of 3Ls.

 

The very idea of a 3L Beat bottle makes my mouth water.

 

At the most recent -tion night Natalie poured free glasses of Beat b3 from two 3Ls. It was magnificent, especially because the bottles weren't the standard 3L, they were curvier (I think there are some behind the bar at the brewpub).

 

I've heard of evidence that beer (and other liquids) age differently in larger quantities due to the reduced volume/surface ratio of beer contacting oxygen. And they're walez! What don't you people get about 40 bottle counts a few times a year, if that?

These bottles are legitimately awesome. One was given to the Beachwood staff last Sourfest and we drank it at 10:30am before the final day.

 

At the end of the day, a 3L of Consecration is still just Consecration.
