Why do we Cellar Beer?

    I cellar beer because I have way tooooo much of it and I can't drink it fast enough

    I cellar because I buy about 5 times as much beer as I consume.

    I started cellaring because I dont drink every day. But the ticker in me buys more beer than I drink. Plus, I dont wanna be the guy shows up with an weak local bottle for a tasting.

    I do it for the experiment, what will happen? Probably 7 out of my top ten favorite beers have been aged. I also do it to have things on hand if I want them. I like to know I have that beer if the mood strikes.

    No but craig now has a full one at his house. So it goes without saying we have just too much damn beer

    I cellar beer as my life insurance policy to the Texas BAs that I know. When I die, it will be split up among them. I also have a collecting problem (Comics, cards, ties, watches, ****, beer..."the list is long and distinguished" -Goose)

    Cellaring is generally a load of crap in my experience, with VERY few exceptions.
