You know what? I'd almost take the PBR drinking Hipsters over the guys that have clueless snobbery about the fact that they drink only good beer like Newcastle. LOL I KNOW you know the type I'm talking about.

PBR is the first Beer I had when I was 5 years old. My Grandpa gave it to me and I thought it was nasty but I remember drinking the whole can. I have never bought PBR in my life but if someone gives it to me I will drink it. It is beer right? I'd rather drink Founder Red Rye.

PBR in the 60's was just another mass-produced crappy beer. No better or worse than Bud, Miller, Schlitz, etc. Young drinkers who think it was special back then have just bought into the phoney, retro-cool nostalgia that has sprung up around it.

I'll take it over the other AALs. I think the can looks pretty great, of course that is not a reason to buy it though. If I am looking for quantity over quantity then this is usually what I end up with.

Most of the hipsters I know think drink Fat Tire and think it is the same style as Budweiser... shows how much they really know, eh?

What did your Mom say when you hit the couch? I used to wander around my parent's property with my grandad, and he always mysteriously pulled beers from his pockets, letting me sample his special elixirs.

PBR is only good when there's nothing else to drink. Other than that, its not that good.

Thread revival from the grave. Yes, I just recently bought a sixer of 16 oz PBR cans for $5 because sometimes it's nice to just have a simple beer in between a Huna and Fremont coffee cinnamon old abominable, which I did last night. Cheers PBR lovers.

It was my college years party beer. Cheap and 30 to a pack. Yeah its in my username, not that I ever wanted to drink it instead of something better. It was simply around a lot during my early exploration into beers of all kind. I haven't drank one in a really long time.
