Why does The Alchemist only brew one beer?

Because the inter webs has created an unmeetable demand. Make Celia a top 100 beer and only drink/buy that and see what happens.

 

Except I see 60-minute sitting on the shelf everywhere I go and I live no where near the brewery. You can't even buy Heady Topper down the street from the cannery unless its within an hour of their once per week delivery.

 

I recall having an IPA of their's years ago. I think it was called El Jefe. I'd like to see that brought back.

 

They got it right the first time.

 

Scale issue. Both sell out all they make and could sell more if they made more.

Alchemist made 1000 bbls in 2012, DFH 172,000 bbls. Now, all of that wasnt 60 min, but they made a lot more 60 min than 1000 bbls. But they still cant get 60 min to everyone who wants it. At least they are/will be back in IN, TN and RI.

If you sell out in 5 minutes in one county, or in 5 months in 25 states makes no difference if production is the limiting factor.
