Why is Target more expensive than Harris Teeter?

    And why don't they ever have sales on beer? Ever?

    Target's supposed to be a discount store, right? So why is all the craft beer $8.50/sixpack or higher?

    Christ, I wish they'd put a Total Wine at Tysons or Merrifield. The one in McLean is just way too out of the way when you don't own a car.

    Beer should be free.

    Either that or folks who think it is priced too high should make it themselves for much less.

    And why is OP buying beer when he could be saving for a car?

    payment for construction and upkeep of the big a$$ red balls on the lot has to come from somewhere.

    Because people don't go to Target specifically for craft beer. They know that any sales they make are just due to convenience by people who don't want to make another trip elsewhere.

    Target might not buy in the same volume as Harris Teeter (or other places) for that matter as well.
