Why place queue is no longer showing under places?

    Why place queue is no longer showing under places? This is really annoying, you cannot submit a beer until the new place is approved and now you cannot even check if it is in the queue and how far away to get approved. this is a step backward.

    Also, the queue has been getting completely processed almost daily - after the week or so to provide the Site Editors with the new tools, rarely has any place sat in the queue for more than 24 hours. Currently the queue is sitting at 5 and will likely be handled by start of business (EST) tomorrow.

    I appreciate the quickness of the clearing of the queue but doesn't that create chances for multiple submissions for the same establishments, creating more work for you? I'm not trying to be argumentative.

    Yes, that is possible... but the queue is generally not large enough that you cannot see any duplicates and I have not been seeing a higher incidence of duplicates than in the past when people could see the queue. Also, it is very easy to handle the cases where there are more than one submission for the same place.
