When you insinuate that I'm lying to you about not being able to order Cigar City brews in Washington because you've "been a retailer for 14 years."

When your order from a certain Scottish brewery somehow gets "lost in transit, or damaged" and you have to pick up the replacement package yourself at a gas station 3 weeks later from a courier. The rep tells you this is "uncharacterstic" of the brewery. Though you know this is a lie because every order you have placed has been delayed or damaged. And you also know that this is the third customer service team this brewery has gone through in 3 years.

    That's bad customer service.

When liquor stores have beers in boxes/on the shelves and then they tell you they're not for sale. Oh, and why? Because they're IPAs, and they want to sell the older bottles first. This isn't bread folks, and that isn't my problem.
