I just drank this last night and it was amazing. So good in fact, I went to the store this morning and picked up another bottle. Given the cost of this beer, I think this will be the last one I invest in and I cannot decide if I want to drink this fresh again or sit on it for a while to see how it ages. The raspberry portion of the beer is quite muted due to the intensity of the hops and bitter roast. I really enjoy it now, but would like to have just a hint more of the raspberry flavor. I have not aged nor tasted an aged fruit beer, let alone a RIS with fruit. So my question is, what tastes should I expect to encounter? Will the fruit aspect of the beer become more/less intense? Thanks in advance.

fruit tends to die faster then even hops. after a few years I would be surprised if anyone could even barely pick out any raspberry notes in that beer. if you like it now, buy more, and drink it now.
