    Sour beers which are readily available in Illinois include Girardin 1882 (black label), Boon Gueuze Marriage Parfait, Goose Island Lolita, Lindemans Cuvee Renee and pretty much all of the Flemish sours (Cuvee de Jacobins, Monk's Cafe, Rodenbach, duchesse de bourgogne).

    Sam Adams Stony Brook Red, Goudenband, Lindemans, Oud Beersel should be available year round.

    I appreciate the insight everyone. Don't get me wrong, I've dabbled in other styles but could not tell you what makes a good pilsner and good pilsner...With having said that I completely understand where you are coming from. Looks like I'll be making a pit-stop on my way home from work. Thanks again!
