The approach here characterizes the noble hop gently, against the entrenched layers of rich dark malt. The method is fairly clean with malt entailments in roasted Bavarian pretzels, nutted chocolate bark, and Kalfany cola to molasses taffy. There’s light awareness on toasted Darjeeling tea, some extensions on coffee cow tails, and a subdued perception on cherry charred acorns. The balance is upheld in perpetuation as Saaz builds post outset, and accompanies the malt’s deep inception into liquored dried fruit

Thus, a creamy, smooth surface that touches on kindled tobacco, where edges sharpen and center around an earthier, woodsier, dark, dry bill of dexterity = A structure that embodies a vehicle for roasted malt while maintaining the hop’s slightly spiced, herbal attar. Seemingly, the Lukr faucets would cohere nicely -

….looking forward to seeing the progression & their ongoing methodology behind “mixed-fermentation and clean beers”

Attitude Dancing is a REALLY good west coast IPA. Picked up a couple at Gold Star, but now I think I need to grab some from Wild East.

We started with a limited supply with an organic plan for growth, but the beer is definitely out there. Shoot me a DM and I'll help you find the closest store.

We're also doing a launch event with them next Thursday the 22nd @ The Stirling Hotel. Attitude Dancing, Funhaus, and Noncompliance will all be on tap, along with Superlative cans.

After a couple of months of waiting for new releases, I got a few cans brewed recently and not so recently. Out of four beers, I didn't try before, the most impressive were:
    • Tour de Table (Dry-hopped Table Beer) - absolutely delicious fresh ale, which changes its taste on every sip: wheat, rye, IPA...
    • L'Ultima Moda Italian Pilsner - not as light as expected, but rather a full-body pilsner with the right balance between malt sweetness and hops bitterness.
They make all their beers right, but low alcohol ones are my favorite: all very distinctive and full-flavored.

After a few local bike deliveries earlier this year, I started to come by the brewery to pick some stuff up. And finally, my wife and I stopped by to have a couple of beers on tap. She had an American Pale Ale followed by a West Coast IPA, while I had a Czech Pilsner served via Lukr faucet into a dimpled mug, followed by an Italian Pilsner. As expected, all four beers were outstanding, but the Czech pilsner being a highlight. I love their cans, but this was even better.

Speaking of cans (and bottles), they have over 20 different beers for pickup and shipping (NYS + DC). I know what beer I'm going to drink in the coming months, and you should do too.

I was hopeful we’d see there stuff in south jersey @shkin not sure we will. Their NJ distribution is limited to north jersey for now according to their distributor. Hopefully in the future they slowly make it down here.

Honestly, I wouldn't be too hopeful. Even here in Gowanus, Brooklyn I rarely see any of their beers in stores, and certainly not that many varieties.

That said, we'll be heading to Maryland in the middle of August, and can have a stop along I-95 to drop off some beer.

Couple of their beers actually showed up down the street this week. Haven't bought yet, but if I do I'll keep you posted. Looks like it was IPA, a pale ale, and the czech pils.

I'd say Czech Pils is the must, but all three should be good.

The info sign at the brewery about the discount is gone, but similar to ordering in bulk online you can still get 10% off if you're buying at the brewery a case or more, except there you can mix and match whatever cans you want.
