Any ideas or speculation on whether we'll see some in Texas since they were acquired by Green Flash? I'd love to get some Nelson in mah belly.

From my understanding, Alpine has been brewing beer, keg only IIRC, at GF for some years now. This is more of a partnership than a buy out. GF has the money and Alpine will be expanding. Will they expand enough to include Tx in the future, we can hope so. Their is a big thread in the Pacific forum about this merger.
If anything it would probably be a few years away. They're probably going to make sure their current market is well supplied before they start shipping out of state and even then, TX is generally more of a hassle the other states, so we're lower on the list then we should be.
Yeah, I was just hoping with the increased capacity and since we already get Green Flash and it's being pushed hard by reps then Alpine might piggyback on top of that.
FWIW Alpine only sees limited distro in San Diego. I'm not saying they will never be in Texas, but yea I'm saying they will never be in Texas.
Green Flash wants to bring Alpine to out of state markets. It might take a while but they seemed pretty convinced it will happen eventually.
