Will my hops ever sink?

    That's it!. I don't have co2 stuff yet, it's on the list, is there a way to stop air from getting sucked in when crashing? That's the only reason I haven't crashed yet. I usually turn off the heater I use, temp drops to 55-60.

    process for this also involves co2. I take one of those big punching balloons you can find at Dollar Tree and I fill it up with co2 and put it on the end of my bow off tube with some duct tape. Then it fills the head space of the fermenter and keeps it from sucking in air
