I realize that it's not out of a red wine barrel, but I recently had Goose Island's Sofie Paradisi and I found it to be incredible! It's their Sofie aged in white wine barrels with lemon peel and grapefruit added.
Like I said - not a red wine barrel, and a lighter style, but tons of barrel and white wine characteristics were present.

Straight to Ale has released a Cabernet barrel aged Laikia RIS. It was fantastic, much better than the bourbon barrel version in my opinion.

I recently had a MOA - Imperial Stout that was aged in Pinot Noir barrels and I thought it was pretty fantastic.

There are a fair number of Drakes one offs in wine barrels and Stone QM series has a decent number of wine barrel options.

Red Thunder from Victory is cheap, easy to find(during season at least), and cheap.

There are too many to name though. I really love RW stouts.

I'm a huge fan of Prairie Artisan Ales, Nebraska Brewing Company and BFM (especially Abbaye de Saint Bon Chien). Cheers.

They also have Portuguese brandy and cognac, if OP is interested.

Red Wine Mexican cake was one of my favorite beers I've ever had. Hands down perfect to me. I'm a sucker for red wine barrel aging though.

I know likely won't find its way to Cali, but OddSides' newest release into distribution (Lucid Dreams) is a wine-aged dubbel. New territory for them.

I don't know that there are many obvious or easy-to-find choices left. The regular Goose Island Sofie is 80% fresh, 20% aged in wine barrels with oranges, so that's a possibility. They don't say what kind of wine barrels they use.

Epic Brewing Company uses a whole slew of different barrels for their various Belgian pales and saisons, usually with fruit thrown in (Brainless on Cherries, Brainless on Peaches, etc). The exact makeup of the barrels changes from batch to batch, sometimes quite a lot. However, on their website they give a detailed rundown of how each batch was handled---what types of fruit (whole vs puree, for example), what types of barrel, time spent in barrel, etc. Look for batch numbers on the right-hand side of the bottles when shopping and then crosscheck it with their website.

All wine barrels. They use the barrels for Temptation, Supplication and Consecration for a few years first until there isn't much wine flavor left, then they get used for Beatification. It's a similar deal with lambic, they want a certain barrel character without imparting the flavors of the barrels' previous denizens.

They also have a sherry barrel version as well.

Bit of an aside: if anyone can think of any easy to find beers aged in Madeira barrels, I will give you five hundred internets.

Double Barrel Damon from Hill Farmstead is aged in both Bourbon and Port barrels, and is godly. I haven't had it, but have heard good things about just Port Damon as well. They're not exactly easy to come by, though, unfortunately.

Neither red wine nor wine barrels, but Figueroa Mountain just released a collab with a local winery (Margerum Wine Company) called Bière de Ménage—it's a saison that's aged in oak barrels with Sauvignon Blanc added (92% beer, 8% wine).

Prairie's Wine Barrel Noir is pretty great, and I know they are currently aging some Prairie Ale in Chardonnay barrels!

The regular Sofie is aged in wine barrels with citrus peel as well - the only difference with Paradisi was the addition of the grapefruit. They are both amazing beers though! I think Sofie often gets overlooked in the Saison / farmhouse ale department...
