    Where's the button for "both"? Some of my favorite BA stouts are blends from multiple barrels - Bourbon, Wine, Port, Calvados, etc. I'd like to see the use of more blends or barrels other than just bourbon personally.

    I lean heavily towards stouts and porters and bourbon complimentes those much more than wine barrel aging. Ive had wine barrel-aged stouts and they werent bad, but I wasnt enthralled either.
    Bourbon also works great for scotch ales and the like, ie Backwoods Bastard, Big Sound and Old Chub
    Bourbon all the way
