Winter Spiced Xocoveza

    So from what I remember, it ran a little thin in the mouth feel. Had they ever wanted to do it again, I would have fixed that up a bit. However, it appears the recipe is 100% to 2014 specs?

    Given its apparent ABV, that can be seen as a good thing or a bad thing. The lighter feeling mouth feel combined with the flavor combination was enough for me. I loved it. But a small change could have put it over the top.

    Looking forward to this. BTW, there are only 2 reviews of 'regular' Xoxcoveza on BA!
    [I do have a bottle in my beer fridge, so there will be one more later this year.]

    On a related note, about a month ago I drank a xocoveza bomber I had kept cold since release and it was still fantastic with all of the adjuncts still present.

    That beer that everyone loved so much. Yeah, no, we didn't 'fix' it. 100% to 2014 specs. Bummer! ;-]-=

    Not meant as a slight. I bought over 12 bombers last year before I couldn't find anymore.

    I was so interested in seeing how a fuller bodied beer would be with the Mexican hot chocolate spices that I bought a keg of FBS, and basically Randalled/dry adjuncted the spices into a hop sock and into a home brew keg. Turned out magical.

    People also like bud light. Just because we like it or love it doesn't mean it can't be improved ever so slightly. But that may open a can of worms. You cant please everyone.

    Cheers. Here's to atleast a case purchase
