Winterfest in Indy 2/1

They usually don't release what brewers/specific beers will be there till about a week or two before the event.

 

Sounds like the early bird tix are selling fast. I enjoy this event and the cask tent is good. They are also providing a free ticket to those who had VIP summerfest tickets as a mea culpa for the VIP experience being subpar. Pretty nice move on their part

 

I'll be there! My first Winterfest, so I'm excited to see what's on tap too. I've heard from people who have been therre in the past that there's some really good stuff going on at this fest.

I prefer the winter fest over summer fest. I've always had a great time at this one.

Was at the last summerfest but haven't been to winterfest yet.

 

Winterfest is a good time. I heard they're changing locations from last year, at least some, so it won't be quite so crowded inside after the big group gets let in. I'll see everyone there for early bird.

 

havent been to Winterfest since 2010. might need to go back this year.

 

Buying tickets now, wish they put out a list of who's there and what beers they are bringing a little sooner

 

Has anyone seen a brewery list yet? I would expect the list to be locked down by now.

Sick! So excited to get the newer breweries popping up all in one place! Wonder what fun stuff the F12 guys will bring this go around. I remember last time I was there, they were tapping something new every 30 min it seemed.

This year's Winterfest has been moved from the Ag-Hort building to the Champions pavilion, still on the Fairgrounds. Hopefully, it will alleviate the crowding of last year. I'm not sure what the layout for the brewer positions will be. Would be nice to know ahead of time to make a plan of attack. I wonder if there will still be a tent outside or will everything be inside?

said fuck it and bought tickets for the wife and i. i'm burnt out on the Broad Ripple Summerfest. plus, high octane barleywines and imperial stouts sound like the cure to this brutal winter
