    Bull Falls bock is good, It's a Dunkel thats for sure. I am not sure if they are going have the Eisbock this year? Bull falls bock fest is March 24, 2018

    Oliphant Xuul Doppelbock is back at the tap room and maybe in crowlers.

    Lakefront Maibock is really good this year, I did a review on it.

    Great Dane is having there Bock fest this Saturday (Feb 10, 2018) At the Hilldale location

    I bought 2 cases of Point Bock. It's ok but seems wimpy compared to a few years ago. Anybody else think it's wimpier this year? But I found mixing Point bock with Point Snow Pilot is good.

    You guys try Pumpernickel bread with melted butter and Scott's Limburger soft cheese spread on it? it goes good with bock beer

    Not trying to be negative, just legitimately curious: has anyone had a good barrel aged bock before? I've had a couple before this, and they've been awful. I don't know if they were poorly made or if I just dislike how the flavors change, but the few I've had have not left me wanting more.

    I haven't and I think that a bock would do much better in a rum barrel if a brewer really wanted to let one age for a bit.

    It's outside this region but Town Hall Brewery in Minneapolis has their Barrel Aged Buffalo Bock that I'd put up there with about any other barrel aged beer.

    Well I was bock hunting/shopping this weekend and I will shop some more tomorrow. here are some that I scored:
    Potosi Northern method
    Great Dane Uber Bock (crowler) 10.0 ABV
    Great Dane velvet Hammer
    Great dane Barista Bock
    Bulls Falls Bock
    Bent Paddle Doppelbock
    Lazy Monk smoked bock
    more Lakefront Mai bock

    Oliphant dopplebock is kicked, gone for now at the taproom. I did grab one of the last crowlers. I had some great beers while I was there thou. They claim they are bringing out a Rum Barrel aged doppelbock in a month or two. I am usually not into barrel aged beers.

    Potosi Northern Method is very good, very robust. Heavy on the roasted malts and dark fruit ( Raisins). I will have to drink more before I rate it.

    This I will need to try as I mentioned above I think a Bock would do well in a rum barrel.

    Sierra Nevada's Rye barrel aged Weizenbock was pretty tasty. Obviously not available in WI though. #coolbrag

    It might be taproom only ? I am not sure. But odds are its limited quantity and will be gone fast

    Lazy Monk Double Bock will be released at the tap room Feb 16, 2018. I guess they decided to brew it after all. Mai Bock is brewing now.

    I was looking for WI maibocks. Any recommendations? So far this year I've been able to find Sprecher, Lakefront, Capital......

    Lazy Monk Mia bock is out today. 3/2/18

    Northwoods Brew Pub has there Mai bock, never had it so i don't know if it's good or not. Wi Dells/moose jaw might make a Mai bock, unsure thou
