Wit yeast for a Trippel?

    Has anyone on the board brewed up a Trippel using a Wit yeast?

    I plan to brew one in the near future and I'm thinking about using a Wit yeast.

    Looking for comments, suggestions, tasting notes, etc.

    The fun of homebrewing is brewing what you want! I have only brewed 1 Tripple and I used the Chimay strain. The beer is very good but I will tweek my recipe next time. Have fun!
