Okay so after getting advice on the grainbill here is my complete recipe. Suggestions welcomed.

    6.5gallon (low efficiency 60-65 predicted)

    7lb pilsner
    3.5lb white wheat
    3.5lb flaked wheat
    .5 lb torrified wheat
    1.5lb rice hulls

single infusion, (system does not allow multi step) 154F. Because of this I added some white wheat although this is non traditional to avoid a stuck mash

15 ibu of saaz at 60 min, some bitter orange and coriander at end of boil

No type of malted or unmalted wheat is going to help avoid a stuck mash. But those rice hulls will.
And you may want to use some yeast.
