Expansion 2014 Update
We are moving along with our expansion plans, next week our container will arrive with most of our new equipment. In the spirit of collaboration, we have shared container space and shipping costs with three other breweries in Colorado: Echo Brewing, Odd 13 brewing, and soon to be opened Lone Barrel Brewing. Some of our new equipment will not arrive until April, and we expect to have the new system online by May. We are so fortunate to be a part of this cooperative and supportive craft beer community in Colorado…here’s to everyone’s continued success and increased capacities!

New Beer Release Friday February 7th
We are excited to announce our latest creation today, “Me, Myself, and Rye” is our new rye pale ale made with Millennium and Tettnang hops. It is dry and crisp, with layered spicy and fruity notes from the 28% rye malt bill. It rings in at 6.4% and has 42 IBUs.

Valentine’s Day Chocolate Pairing
Wit’s End Brewing Company is excited to announce our 3rd Annual Valentine’s Day Beer and Chocolate Pairing!

Our annual alternative to the institutionalized dinners and “specially” overpriced roses continues with our own offering to the Hallmark gods. Yes, you could critique us by calling it a sell-out prix fixe Valentine’s Day special, and you’d be right, but it all seems much cooler because it is beer and chocolate.

Stand proud with your single status and do something fun rather than sulking at home, you might even meet somebody in real life? Couples, if you want to do something a little different for Valentine’s Day, or just need to kill some time before the dinner reservation you had to make six months ago, we won’t judge, come on in and enjoy the pairings.

We will be bringing back some of the awesome previous pairings as well as some new ones to blow your mind. Also, be ready for a special sappy playlist of music (think Atlantic Starr meets Journey meets The Cure) to wallow in the sorrow of love lost, or simply indulge in some guilty pleasures while celebrating your highly functional relationship.

The pairing will be on Friday, February 14th (of course) from 2-8pm ish or until the chocolate runs out…see you on V-Day—CHEERS!
