So never used WL001 before so I made a 4 gallon Mosaic Pale Ale ( all grain ) batch that had an OG of 1.060. Made a starter the day before and pitched that at high krausen at 64. The beer has been in my fermentation chamber for one week at 64 and recently brought up to 68. Here are the pics of the starter and the beer after a week. Anyone had this yeast act this crazy at such low temps ?

I've had similar krausen with 001. I'll be using fermcap next time to keep it down a bit
