WLP028 Edinburgh Scottish Ale Yeast

    I accidentally purchased wlp028 through an online vendor.
    I have never brewed with this yeast before.

    Any "Summer" recipe ideas?
    This time of year I'm into lower abv ales 4-7% and absolutely no stouts.
