Amazing event. Kudos, kudos and extensive thanks and appreciation to Chris and the group for a wonderful event. Great organization, great venue, great food, and most importantly, a fantastic group of extremely generous, polite and welcoming people! This event really made me proud to be a part of the SoCal beer scene. Thanks to everyone for their generosity. One of the best beer events I've ever attended.

Thanks again to Chris and the whole Beachwood crew to putting on one of the greatest beer shares to date. The cool breeze in Long Beach complimented the great atmosphere, the open community of shares that were going around, everything was memorable.

Hopefully somebody posts a few angles of the finale pic of the dead soliders, the 3L BART and the 1972ish sake? were definitely standing out amongst the countless amounts of insane drinks, even though I didn't get to try many of them, there was way too much to go around! Verticals, 5-15+yr old beers, randoms, everything was a privilege to share with everyone.

The kriek on the jockey box stood out for me the most (I drank it more than anything else)

I am sure there are long lists of notes of greatness to come...

What other place could I have Lente, Hill Farmstead Flora, King Henry, Curmudgeon's Better Half and Barrel Aged Speedway Stout? What an amazing event. Cheers to Chris and the Beachwood staff for running a smooth event. It was great meeting you guys and finally putting faces to names. I'm extremely looking forward to next year's

I had to leave a little early. What were the four "mystery" IPAs? Great event and great service by all the Beachwood staff.

I still can't believe how awesome Impechable (sp?) was. Man....I'm dreaming of peaches tonight. Great event as always and thank you Chris for your tireless efforts.

If anyone saw me at 3:30ish, they would know that I had a little too good of a time! What an awesome event...already excited for next year. Thanks to Chris for putting together such an amazing gathering, thanks to Beachwood staff for doing an awesome job, and thanks to all the generous attendees.

Thanks to everyone who came out. We had a blast, as usual, throwing together all of this crazy stuff and trying to create the best environment for the most over-the-top, benevolent indulgence of fantastic food and drink. Beachwood staff rocked it, and I think the core line-up of beers set a standard of excellence that was at least as good as we have had at any of the other Woodshops. But I have to say, as ever, that the real "next level" glory of this event was achieved only through the absolutely absurd generosity of all attendees, who brought out a ridiculous array of the best beers on Earth. It truly would not be the same without the passion and altruism of all in attendance, from the Woodshop first-timers to the longtime veterans/repeat offenders.

Let's do it again one day soon.

By the way, for anyone who loved these few glimpses of magic that were sprinkled throughout the day--

Hoparazzi Mission Impechable on the beer engine
    Veritas 010 bottle pours
    Greenhill Chat Flou! bottle pours
Fresh organic Sun Crest peach wedges passed around in a fruit bowl
Mission Impechable beer floats with raspberry-vanilla bean ice cream and fresh lavender

-- many of the folks who had a hand in all of those wonderful concoctions (myself included) are already hard at work on various upcoming projects (some wistfully fleeting, and some with very long-term vision and permanence) to deliver A LOT more where that came from. That's about all I can say right now, cryptic as it may sound at the moment. But we hope to get into some specifics coming up real soon. Like, within a week or two. Stay tuned, and be ready, and we hope you like what we're working on.

Do you have a list of the mystery IPAs? Had to leave a bit early but I'm really curious.

There's just nothing like Woodshop. Thanks again to Chris on an event unbelievably well planned and well executed.

And it almost goes without saying given that it's Beachwood, but it still bears repeating that the staff is just ridiculously helpful and on the ball. I know Woodshop tends to change location year to year, but I thought the venue was perfect - I wouldn't be opposed to having a repeat engagement at Beachwood for next year's Woodshop.

As always, too many highlights to list but some favorites included: Citra Melrose on cask, Framboos, Hill Farmstead Jimmy, Black Note, 1993 Thomas Hardy, Blaeber and many more.

Did any one get a pic of the dead soldier table? I'm pretty sure the staff rushed the table at 4pm sharp and cleared it within a minute.

The table was pretty damn Epic.

Quick question about the Greenhill beers. Were these commercial beers or were they homebrews?

Greenhill is a homebrew label now. Jeremiah is actively pursuing options to expand operations and go pro as soon as possible. Hopefully up and running within the next year. I think it's safe to say anyone who tried his beers this weekend would wholly support this cause.
