Not completely up-in-the-air, but the plan for this time around does not include Anaheim again. Want to confirm some final details with the new venue before making it public, but let's just say anyone who loves beer in SoCal should be stoked to go there. Similarly accessible for OC and LA, and we're going to make sure other important logistics are considered as well, like nearby hotel options, all of the basics (e.g. adequate space/seating/glassware/food/ice), and yes, even air conditioning.

I hope I can say this without sounding like I'm blowing smoke, but anyone who loved Anaheim should find this year's venue *at least* as good, while anyone who hated Anaheim should find basically any of their concerns with that venue will not be an issue. I see no reason this shouldn't be the best Woodshop yet.

 

Theme TBA once we have a few more confirmations from the core line-up of kegs and whatnot. It's pretty specific, and doesn't really apply to bottles you might bring for the bottle-share in quite the same way that "Classix," "5.0 beers," and "Quads" did in the past. More of a through-line and a sort of "shared experience" that hopefully everyone can participate in. . ..

As far as bottles, anything is fair game, but as ever, we try to encourage everyone to bring (and we ourselves bring) some beers you'd be happy to drink and share, with an eye for quality. We'll have a "grab bag/free-for-all" area again, some special tappings, some food pairings, some aspect of a blind tasting at times, and other fun stuff we want to keep somewhat secretive for the moment.
