Are we setting a minimal or limit on what to bring? One bomber per? Think that might be good first time around. I might bring a little extra.

I think 2 per person minimum works best... that means everyone will get a decent amount to drink

That works. Now to decide what to bring....

Kleo and I have been working out some other details and figure we come here to get some more thought. Are we doing this BYOG or are we all ok using plastic cups there? I was also thinking of getting some inexpensive glassware from the dollar store.

Also might need water on hand (Scales should be ok providing us I think) to drink/rinse.

They have styrofoam cups. If the idea of westy in styrofoam makes someone wet themself with rage, i can check my cabinets for pint glasses.

I'd say bring a couple pitchers one to rinse one to dump. Wll see what ai have. If i drop off the face of the eart until day of, apologies. Death in the extended family.

I can bring a box full of tasting sized glasses if needed. Random ones from different breweries, probably have around 10+ I could grab. Alternately, I could bring a stack of pint glasses. Probably have 25+ of those.

I'd say take a look at the bottle spreadsheet day of, do a headcount then bring that numbere of glasses. so far as size goes... I would say pint so if someone wants water they aren't essentially stuck doing shots of it. given the sheer amount of ice and snow right now I would personally stick to just one variety.

Hoping to make it around 2. Some unforeseen issues with landlord/apartment arose this morning. Stupid weather.

Ah. Renting. It's fine. My household is still in breakfast mode. Given the current pace of things, I am not expecting to start getting dressed anytime before 1:45.
