Friday November 8th is World Stout Day. What will you be drinking?
Pretty sure I'll be sinking a Fuller's Double Stout and Ten Fidy at the very least.

seems like World Wide Stout would be the most appropriate choice? Might break out that extra 2009 i have floating around...

This is exactly what I was thinking. I don't have '09 but I do have 2010!

I too have a 2010 World Wide Stout sitting in the cellar. Maybe I'll crack open that or a 2012 BCBS.

We are having a stout-fest for my buddy's birthday. Current lineup looks something like this: Bruery Black Tuesday, Surly Darkness, Founders Breakfast Stout, KBS, GI BCBCS, BCBS, 2010 Abyss, Clown Shoes Luchador En Fuego, Ale Smith Speedway, and probably a few others. I've got the excites.

Got my lineup set: FBS, 2012 FIS, 2012 Bell's Expedition Stout, and 2012 BCBS. If that isn't enough, I'll drink a bottle of my home-brew RIS (9.6%) that I brewed last October, it's now been cellared for a year and is delicious!

picked up a growler of Take the Black stout this afternoon. Figured it was worth trying as i like licorice and anise flavors.

I'm thinking start with a good oak-aged Sonoma chardonnay, move on to one of the better pinots, probably a Chateau Pommard, and then cap the evening off with a chilled PBR tallboy.

In comparison to the above posts, I choose to be boring to honor the day. Friday is my night to have dinner at Arcadia, so I'll be limited to their Oatmeal Stout :slight_frown: or the RIS  if it is available.

I'm starting it off with a prairie bomb, and I'll finish up with some breakfast stout.
