That's cool bro, but if you don't like Lamborghinis that doesn't make them "garbage" it just means you don't like them. Garbage denotes that they are worthless and no one likes them.

Just posted the same thing without reading through the thread. I second your evaluation.

I had this one and couldn't agree more, this is a very disappointing brew. When I saw the title of the thread, I was trying to remember the name. (I won't forget the label).

I've always wondered about beers barrel aged in Islay barrels. Couldn't have imagined how it would taste with the peat. Thanks for answering that.

MOA Imperial Stout aged in Pinot Grigio barrels. It tasted like it was dry hopped with used band aids. Worst beer I've ever tried

Chocolate city's Mr. Mayor was pretty awful. Marion berry juice dropped into flat, oxidized stout with just enough Bourbon barrel to make it hot without making it tasty

Thank goodness I've never wasted any money on Kentucky Bourbon Barrel. I've been tempted.

Unfortunately I have had: Mikeller Tequila aged Black Hole (yuck, an expensive fail!), Cold Springs John Henry 3 Lick Spiker (zero base beer) and Anderson Valley Bourbon Barrel Stout (just plain weak).

That would also be wrong because Bourbonic Plague is one of Cascade's flagship sours.

I'm gonna have to go with Southern Star Black Crack! Not at all worthy of being barrel aged and I was very underwhelmed. It was so thin with the most mild characteristics a beer could possibly have. I'd almost consider it a "sessionable" barrel aged beer based on mouthfeel and easy drinking flavor lol. Way too damn pricey though. I currently have BA Wake Up Dead, and Funky Jewbelation, and I'm betting those will make my list as well. Then again, I thought the barrel aged version of Full Sail Imperial Stout would suck too, but I was pleasantly surprised.
