Just buy 60 minute, submerge your scrotum in the liquid, add a teaspoon of armpit sweat and a splash of white grape juice, and you got yourself a glass of 61 minute.. Yes, I really didn't enjoy that beer lol..

    Also not a fan of:
    Hoptimum
    Doom
    The Perfect Crime (black saison)
    Palate Wrecker

I thought this beer was ok, but to say you have served it to multiple people and they have ALL liked it has to be a stretch. I've served this to at lesast 17 people (4 bottles split 5 ways) and all but myself and 1 other guy thought it was innovative. The rest drain poured it. To say I've served to many and ALL liked it I can't see it as possible.

I'm very on the fence about 61, I only found this in a 4 pack so I'm hoping I warm to the rest

I agreed 100% until I took a couple into the shower, for some reason it worked there

I really liked sixty one. But I like wine. I found it to be one of the most well done malts I have ever had. It combined beer with the syrah grape. Syrah has spicy peppery notes and is "jammy" with berries. It can lean into clove and herbs and smoke, has a medium acidity and was perfect with a malt base that flowed like silk under the grape, seamless and expansive. Woody and oak like. It never became too sweet or heavy and had sufficient bread to excite but was surprisingly light.

Worked there? You mean it unclogged your drain or something?

Looks like I may need to revisit this one because I definitely didn't get all that elegance that you just described, but I opened the bottle with a friend and I was not open minded at all. I thought it was gonna be gross, and I was obviously looking for it to be gross. I'll try my next one with an open mind.

So, In Curacao recently, and went to the supermarket to see what brands were imported.
Being a big dutch - owned Island, it was worth a shot to buy some beers and take them home.
First time Ever, Bought and tasted a Hoegaarden Rose .
Now, I think Celis did an amazing thing by bringing hoegaarden to our palettes, I even used to love the Celis White he did out of Texas.
Yet this Rose thing was just Nasty.
Reminded me of Hoegaarden mixed with elderberry cough syrup ( no sugar added! ), then strained through the socks of a pro sports athlete, post-game.
    Really, Really Disgusting.
One of those, nope, I just wanted a taste, and down the drain with ya!
Hoping to hell you don't come back.

I had a bottle of the Mikeller/Cigar City collab, Swinging Harry and I couldn't finish my glass. Just wasn't good whatsoever to me.

Had a bottle about 2 weeks ago from this year's batch and it was infected. Drain poured. Second year in a row.

Anyway, a few that come to mind for me...

    DFH Black & Red
    Weyerbacher Idiot's Drool
    Cigar City Vuja De
    Bruery/Lawson's Acer Quercus

I think I've got one left so I'll give this a shot. Better than an instant drain pour or forcing it on a guest.

Well, Celia Saison was my only drain pour of a reasonably fresh beer to date and I hear their other beer is pretty awesome... I'll dog pile on the Sam Adam's Cranberry Lambic abomination - absolutely heinous.

This is all so subjective and for the most part it is opinion (other than Cranberry Lambic - that's a fact, Jack). There's a difference between bad beer and not liking a beer, but where's the line between those two? If someone doesn't "like" a beer, then maybe it is a bad beer to that individual. Then on the other hand, a beer not living up to hype in the taster's mind - that doesn't mean it is a bad beer. Personally, I think Sucks is an OK beer and don't get what all the excitement is about - doesn't make it a bad beer. Or ST Creme Brulee Stout - I don't like it, but understand what it is meant to be and can't say it is not a well-crafted beer.

The only way to get an infection is to do something wrong...so that would be a quality control issue. Infection comes when bacteria that's not supposed to be there gets in there.

I would go farther and say it is flat out awful. They brew some great beers, but Hell was undrinkable to me and I love a good lager.
