Worst Distribution Regions

If you have the chance, try SLC's Epic Brewing. We get their bottles, and I have to say, they have solid stuff, like the Brainless series and Big Bad Baptist.

 

I feel like all breweries should have this haha

 

Allow me to thank you on behalf of the state of West Virginia. Luckily I live on the I81 corridor in the Eastern Panhandle, so Va is 20 minutes south, Md is 20minutes north, Pa another 10. I feel for those who live in areas like Logan or McDowell Co.

 

my wife's family is from mississippi, seems like the state is the worst in every catagory. fattest, poorest, worst educated, most racist and to top it all off, no good beer

 

Tennessee is more concerned about Whisky, which isn't necessarily a bad thing.

 

East Tennessee doesn't even see Terrapin, Lagunitas or Straight to Ale so be thankful for that.

Pennsylvania because of the whole case only/not at gas stations/related BS laws.

 

I can find Terrapin and Lagunitas in East Tennessee. Both regular and high gravity.

 

SF Bay Peninsula. Garbage.

 

Memphis- Shelby County distribution is completely different than any other county in Tennessee.

 

Yeah it's odd you can go to Dyersburg and buy a lot of brands they don't have in Memphis

 

Coworker and I were talking about this. We don't get the best distro here, which is an obvious negative. However, when good beers do come, most people here are in the dark and that's a plus because I can easily snag things that people with a better craft scene fight over.

 

Dude, you should thank your lucky stars you live in South Florida as opposed to Louisiana. I lived in Miami for a year, then moved to New Orleans and I went through severe distro shock. Louisiana gets a fraction of the beer South FL gets. If it wasn't for being near Avenue Pub and Stein's Market, I would've shot myself. And I know Miami is gonna be better than more remote areas of Florida but, no matter where you are in the state, you're, at most, an hour and a half away from the nearest Total Wine & More or a World of Beer of which there are no stores that even compare to them in Louisiana.

It makes getting decent beer difficult.

 

I just wanted to say that I appreciate Michigan and its endless supply of quality beers.

Since you didn't specify which region, I'll say Antarctica is the worst.
