Worth picking up more bottles?

    I just picked up 4 bottles of 13' Saison-brett and 4 bottles of Evil Twin Imperial Biscotti Break. I plan on cellaring 3 of each and drinking 1 of each this weekend. Don't know much about them but I know that Saison-brett has a limited availability.

    My question is: Are they worth picking up more for possible future trades?


    As always thanks for the help!



    FYI: Mississippi sucks when it comes to craft beer so I have to buy things in bulk when I visit other places and come across things that are worth it.

    Great bottles not terribly great as trade bait, but if you can't get them in Mississippi I would stock up on the tasty treats.

    They trade for shelf beers of equal value.

    Buy what you like and plan on drinking, when you start collecting some things to trade you'll be disappointed. Evil Twins was sitting on the floor in Myrtle Beach a few weeks ago, so it's plentiful enough.

    As said before, not a ton of trade "value" here but definitely two great choices to stock up on. A+ for taste.

    Generally, if you can buy 4 of something and still be able to go back for more, it's never going to trade particularly well.

    I wouldn't trade the imperial biscotti break for anything! Stuff is just amazing. Hopefully its price isn't bad. I find it in Florida for 15 but have seen it for 30. Also they make great extras!

    I'm going to strongly suggest you try the Imperial Biscotti before buying more. I feel like my tastes usually align pretty well with all the hyped and highly reviewed beers out there, but I just don't quite get this one. It's just sooooo sweet...

    Thanks! I tried it last night and found it to be quite good but not mind blowing as other people have made it out to be.
