my local shop has a few bottles of 2012 Noble rot marked down to $10 - is it going to be better or worse than fresh?
Is it worth $10 either way?

Fresh it's worth $10, IMO. No idea how it ages though.

It turns into almost a white wine with age. It's pretty unique at this point in its life.

Can't be any worse than fresh noble rot

i actually like it aged-i have had it with a year plus on it. i am not a fan of this brew fresh, so may be worth trying?

Most farmhouse ales do age pretty decently. Might be worthy of a try.

I've had it 2-3 years aged and I'd say it's better fresh. Also, it only costs $10 fresh by me
