Would you buy beer cologne/perfume?

As long as light and age damage are a factor with hops, hop cologne wouldn't be a good, everlasting idea. You'd really need to use it all up within 2 weeks to receive the same kind of wow factor.

 

First time I tried flower power, I remember thinking if only I could get a car freshner that smells like this.

 

If you've ever home brewed an IPA you've thought "why can't my home ALWAYS smell like this!?"

And then of course, SWMBO is thinking "why the f does our house always smell like this?"

 

Not sure about cologne, but I do have soap made with stout and shampoo made with a brown ale and both smell very good and seem to be moisturizing as well, they were part of a birthday gift from my fiancee. She is awesome!, the gift also included around a dozen craft beers.

Working on patenting my line of IPA and Lambic/Gueuze fragrances...keep an eye out!

 

My other hobby is actually fragrance, and I wouldn't do it. Not really a good smell for a fragrance. The only fragrance to go with my drinking habits is my A*Men Pure Malt, which has a nice, sweet whisky tone without making me smell like a drunk.

Never..Don't wear it in the first place and it would not appeal to my wife--besides she already gets the smell of beer enough around our house

 

This would be the point where beer became a real problem for you.

 

Would it skunk in direct sunlight?

 

Only if it smelled like Gubna.
