I'd most likely choose the friends and go out. I do 80% of my drinking at home so getting out would be enjoyable. With that choice I would also enjoy the other selections available while waiting for my 10oz pour.
I would certainly also choose the keg stand but I would probably need a bong first

I enjoy going out and trying new beers on occasion, but I refuse to be involved in the insanity that is rare releases.
In this instance, I'll take home 100% of the time.

Time and place for both, but I really enjoy my nightly getting off work close to midnight, getting home, picking out a glass and pouring whatever beer I've been thinking about having for the last few hours, taking a picture, and joining you all on here for wbaydn

The more difficult choice for me would be going to a beer bar/brewery with beer people for 3-4 rounds of beer I've already had before or stay home for a 12oz. bottle of something super rare.

Both sound good, as a matter of fact split my time doing both. But I really like having people over to my house. Then I just walk to the back and get into bed. Don't have to worry about watching what I drink and then tapering off.....

Go get the rare beer and leave with it when the owner isn't looking then shudder at the idea of going outside in the first place

You're not lame, you're being logical. I go to a bar when something new is released and I really want to try it. I go there when they first open so it's only like me and the staff bullshitting before the "Lunch" crowds get there.

For some weird reason I enjoy waiting in lines.

I've become such a home stayer person that if the stars aligned in such a way that we didn't have anything else planned, I may consider getting out when just a few years ago Id say no way at all to going out. Guess a self imposed isolationist lifestyle wears out eventually.

While there is not much better than enjoying some classic favorites at home, I would opt for the first choice in this scenario. It's funny, I had a similar dilemma last night actually; my girlfriend and I were planning to visit Churchkey in DC for their Crooked Stave tap takeover. After work we were both tired, but decided to push through and go to Churchkey anyway. I am definitely glad that we did as I got to try some quality wilds and sours.

I would visit the establishment, drink the rare beer, and then bring home bombers or a growler and then drink at home

In general, home...but if that rare beer was a "must have", I'd go.

    Stay home, easy choice.

Bar for the rare beer, but only if it's a guarantee I'll get some. I won't wait in a crowd for just a chance to try a rare beer any more.

That's exactly what I thought. Would you Rather is supposed to be a choice between Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump.....but I digress.

Would you rather go to a craft beer bar full of beer snobs and pretentious hipsters, or go to a beer bar that doesn't store, handle, or server the beer properly? (IE dirty glasses, dirty tap lines, beer past it's prime etc...)

    Would you rather...

    A) take the "Bigfoot Challenge" ( old school 6 pack style, not 4 pack), then attempt a functional activity.
    B) admit to your beer buddies you bought Bud Light, because you wanted to.
    C) have a Pumpkin flavored beer tasting party.

this was the most cringe-worthy "would you rather" I've ever read. But probably that first one, those last 2 are BRUTAL.....
